🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-End Event Management: Oversee planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and flawless execution.
✔ Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong partnerships with clients, sponsors, and suppliers.
✔ Team Leadership: Mentor and guide event coordinators, designers, and production teams.
✔ Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.
✔ Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize event visibility.
✔ Risk Management: Proactively resolve challenges to ensure seamless operations.
✔ Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate success metrics and implement improvements.
✅ Requirements:
- 10+ years of event management experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
- Proven track record in corporate, luxury, and large-scale events.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Expertise in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Business.
