🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Equipment Fleet Management:
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of heavy construction equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage equipment inventory worth millions of SAR
✅ Team Leadership:
- Supervise mechanics, operators, and maintenance staff
- Conduct training on proper equipment operation and safety
- Schedule and assign equipment to various project sites
✅ Budget & Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage annual equipment budgets
- Negotiate with vendors for parts and services
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising safety
✅ Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and SABIC safety standards
- Maintain all equipment certifications and documentation
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
✅ Software & Technology:
- Must know: Equipment management software (e.g., EMaint, Fiix)
- Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting
- Experience with telematics and GPS fleet tracking
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔ 5+ years equipment management experience in KSA/GCC
✔ Expert knowledge of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and other heavy equipment
✔ Certification in equipment maintenance/management (preferred)
✔ Valid Saudi driving license (heavy equipment license a plus)
✔ Fluency in English (Arabic beneficial)
