Job Title : ELECTRICAL ENGINEER ⚡

📋 Position Overview

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design: Engineer comprehensive low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) power distribution systems, lighting layouts, grounding networks, and motor control centers (MCC) for industrial facilities. 🔌
• Power Calculations & Load Analysis: Conduct meticulous electrical load flow, short-circuit, protective relay coordination, and harmonic distortion analysis using industry standards. 📊
• Equipment Specification & Sizing: Select, size, and specify mission-critical electrical hardware, including transformers, circuit breakers, generators, switchgears, and cabling infrastructure. ⚙️
• Automation & Control Integration: Design and integrate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems, and industrial automation networks for manufacturing machinery and assembly lines. 🤖
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Partner closely with structural engineers, HVAC teams, and project managers to integrate cable trays, conduit routing, and heavy equipment weight loads into master blueprints. 🤝
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety Audits: Ensure all electrical installations comply strictly with Indian Electricity Rules, National Electrical Code (NEC), IEEE standards, and OSHA safety protocols. 🛡️
• Testing & Commissioning: Lead on-site factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), system commissioning, and root-cause troubleshooting of electrical faults. ⚡

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience focused on industrial power systems, manufacturing plant electrical infrastructure, or heavy engineering sectors. ⏱️
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 🎓
• Software Proficiency: Advanced command of industry-standard electrical engineering and CAD software, including ETAP, SKM PowerTools, AutoCAD Electrical, and Revit MEP (for spatial coordination), alongside STAAD.Pro or Tekla Structures (for reviewing cable bridge and gantry loads). 💻
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of power grid synchronization, industrial earthing/grounding design, motor drives, and protective relay configuration. ⚡
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English; local language skills (Kannada/Telugu/Hindi) are an advantage for regional contractor coordination. 🗣️
