💼 Job Responsibilities
As an ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN, you will:
✔ Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD & Revit.
✔ Prepare BIM-compliant models for electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, control panels).
✔ Collaborate with engineers to develop accurate technical drawings for construction & MEP projects.
✔ Ensure compliance with Saudi Electrical Code (SEC), IEC, and NEC standards.
✔ Review and revise drawings based on client & project requirements.
✔ Assist in material take-offs (MTOs) and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
✔ Maintain organized documentation and version control for all design files.
🔧 Required Skills & Expertise
✅ 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the GCC (KSA experience preferred).
✅ Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical & Revit MEP.
✅ Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
✅ Familiarity with electrical design standards (IEC, NEC, SEC).
✅ Experience in HV/LV systems, lighting layouts, cable routing, and panel schedules.
✅ Ability to interpret engineering sketches and redline markups.
✅ Knowledge of ETAP, Dialux, or other electrical design software is a plus.
✅ Strong attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
