KILONEWTONS is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our logistics and operations team in Moscow, Russia. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely transportation of goods, personnel, or documents, representing our company’s commitment to efficiency and reliability.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles (car, van, or truck as required) to transport goods, equipment, or personnel to various destinations.
• Punctual Scheduling: Ensure timely arrivals and departures, strictly adhering to delivery schedules and time-sensitive routes. ⏰
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, water, tires, brakes) before and after trips. Report any mechanical issues or accidents to management immediately.
• Logistics Support: Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Documentation: Accurately complete logs, mileage reports, delivery manifests, and other necessary paperwork. 📋
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients, representing the KILONEWTONS brand positively.
• Route Planning: Utilize knowledge and technology to plan the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic and road closures.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Russian Federation traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.

🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven professional driving experience.
• A valid Russian Federation driver’s license (Category B minimum; Categories C/CE is a strong plus) with a clean driving record.
• In-depth knowledge of Moscow and the surrounding region’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
• Proficiency with relevant software and apps, including navigation (e.g., Yandex Maps, Google Maps), mileage trackers, and basic email for communication and log updates.
• Excellent defensive driving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good physical condition for loading/unloading activities.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is preferred.
