📋 Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Lean Manufacturing: Design, analyze, and streamline manufacturing processes, assembly lines, and plant layouts using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste. 📊

Workflow & Time Studies: Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies, capacity planning, and ergonomic assessments to maximize labor productivity and machine efficiency. ⏱️

Automation & Equipment Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced industrial machinery, automated control systems, and numerical control controllers to elevate plant throughput. 🤖

Quality Control & Safety Standards: Establish rigorous quality assurance protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety regulations in compliance with European industrial standards. 🛡️

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industrial engineering experience within manufacturing, heavy machinery, or iron/steel production sectors. ⏳

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong plus). 🎓
