Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our Dubai office. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data from our global projects, operational pipelines, and digital platforms into actionable insights. Your analysis will empower the executive team to optimize resource allocation, track market trends, and enhance overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities: * Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal systems, including project management tools, ERP software, and digital analytics platforms.

  • Design, build, and maintain highly visual, minimalist, and easy-to-understand performance dashboards for corporate leadership.

  • Analyze project execution metrics and structural operational data to identify bottlenecks and forecast future resource requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including digital marketing and software development) to track user engagement and optimize digital business models.

  • Present complex data findings in a clear, narrative-driven format to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with exposure to the engineering, construction, or corporate tech sectors.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages (Python or R).

  • Expertise in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) with a strong eye for clean, high-definition data presentation.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills.
