Job Description:

KILONEWTONS seeks a strategic Customer Success Manager to oversee our portfolio of engineering/construction clients in the UAE. You’ll be the bridge between our technical teams and clients, ensuring exceptional adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Own the post-sales client lifecycle for 30+ key accounts
✔ Conduct quarterly business reviews and health checks
✔ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities ($250K+ ARR impact)
✔ Reduce churn to <5% through proactive engagement
✔ Collaborate with solutions engineers on technical onboarding
✔ Develop customer success playbooks and best practices
✔ Track NPS (target: 65+) and usage metrics in HubSpot

Requirements:

4+ years in B2B customer success/account management
✅ Experience with engineering/SaaS/construction clients
✅ Proven track record of reducing churn + growing accounts
✅ Tech-savvy with HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar CS platforms
Arabic fluency (strongly preferred for local client management)
✅ PMP/CSM certification is a plus
