🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- 🤝 Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- 🧾 Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- 📊 Generate customer service reports and analyze trends for service improvements
- 💼 Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Admin) to resolve customer issues
- 📋 Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
- 🧠 Keep updated with KILONEWTONS’ services and internal systems to provide accurate information
- 🧩 Participate in training and quality assurance programs
- 🧘 Maintain a calm, courteous, and positive attitude, even under pressure
🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- ✅ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- ✅ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- ✅ Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- ✅ Typing speed and attention to detail
- ✅ Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- ✅ Experience using helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat)
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or corporate environment
- Experience working with engineering or construction clients is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
