  • 🀝 Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • 🧾 Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
  • πŸ“Š Generate customer service reports and analyze trends for service improvements
  • πŸ’Ό Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Admin) to resolve customer issues
  • πŸ“‹ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
  • 🧠 Keep updated with KILONEWTONS’ services and internal systems to provide accurate information
  • 🧩 Participate in training and quality assurance programs
  • 🧘 Maintain a calm, courteous, and positive attitude, even under pressure

🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency

  • βœ… Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • βœ… Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • βœ… Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • βœ… Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • βœ… Typing speed and attention to detail
  • βœ… Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • βœ… Experience using helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or corporate environment
  • Experience working with engineering or construction clients is a plus
