📞 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
✔ Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues promptly
✔ Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
✔ Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system
✔ Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments
✔ Gather customer feedback to improve our services
✔ Achieve customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
💻 Must-Have Skills & Tools:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
✅ Experience with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
✅ Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
✅ Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
✅ Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Minimum Diploma degree (any field)
✔ 2+ years in customer service or related role
✔ Call center experience is a plus
✔ Positive attitude and patience when handling difficult situations
