📋 Key Responsibilities
As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, your role will include:
- 📞 Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with clients through timely and effective communication
- 📝 Recording customer feedback, complaints, and service issues accurately
- 🧾 Providing information on company services, processes, and timelines
- 🛠️ Coordinating with internal teams (engineering, admin, operations) to resolve client queries
- 📊 Maintaining and updating CRM systems and customer logs
- 🧠 Assisting in process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
- 🕒 Ensuring all client interactions are handled within SLA timelines
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
✅ Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus)
✅ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in the following tools/software:
- CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Live Chat, Ticketing & Call Center Software (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.)
✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
