✨ Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound/outbound customer communications (calls, emails, live chat)
✔ Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently
✔ Maintain CRM records (Zendesk/Salesforce) with 100% accuracy
✔ Process orders, returns, and service requests
✔ Gather and report customer feedback to relevant teams
✔ Achieve KPIs for response time and satisfaction ratings
✔ Upsell additional services/products when appropriate
✅ Requirements
▪️ Education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
▪️ Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service (tech industry a plus)
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
▪️ Technical Skills: - CRM software proficiency
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Basic troubleshooting skills
▪️ Soft Skills: - Exceptional communication (verbal/written)
- Patience and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English + Arabic (preferred)
