πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, live chat, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions. πŸ“žβœ‰οΈ
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized and professional support.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues from first contact to resolution, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently in the system.
  • Gather and document detailed customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Team).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Update customer information and interactions in the CRM database to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, common issues, and service performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.

βš™οΈ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Executive, Client Relations Specialist, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize, build rapport, and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

  • Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook for email management and Excel for basic data tracking).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of patience, resilience, and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
