KILONEWTONS is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Executive to be the voice of our company and ensure an unparalleled client experience! π― If you have over 5 years of experience in delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and solving problems with a smile, we want you on our team in Muscat.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, live chat, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions. πβοΈ
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized and professional support.
- Manage and resolve customer issues from first contact to resolution, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Gather and document detailed customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Team).
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM database to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, common issues, and service performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
βοΈ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Executive, Client Relations Specialist, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize, build rapport, and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. π‘
- Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook for email management and Excel for basic data tracking).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of patience, resilience, and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
