✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
✅ Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues with speed and empathy
✅ Provide accurate product and service information to clients
✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
✅ Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction tracking
✅ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to service quality goals
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
💬 Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & regional languages)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

🧰 Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools
🧑💼 Candidate Profile:
🔹 Minimum 1 year of customer service or support experience
🔹 Experience in B2B or technical support is a plus
