📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Strategic Leadership:

• Develop & execute country-level business strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Oversee P&L management with full accountability for financial performance
• Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia

✔ Operational Excellence:

• Lead all operational functions (projects, HR, finance, compliance)
• Ensure adherence to KSA labor laws, regulations & company policies
• Implement performance metrics & KPIs across departments

✔ Stakeholder Management:

• Build relationships with government entities, clients & partners
• Represent KILONEWTONS at industry events & high-level meetings
• Report directly to global leadership with market insights

✔ Team Development:

• Recruit, mentor & lead a high-performing local team
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety & compliance

🛠 Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ Core Experience:

• 10+ years in senior management roles (construction/engineering industry preferred)
• Proven track record of business growth in Saudi Arabia
• Deep understanding of KSA market dynamics & regulations

✅ Technical Skills:

• Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced MS Office/Google Workspace skills

✅ Leadership Traits:

• Exceptional negotiation & decision-making abilities
• Cultural fluency to navigate KSA business environment
• Arabic fluency (strongly preferred)
