KILONEWTONS is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Inspector with 5+ years of experience to oversee and verify construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards on-site in Dubai.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and standards
✅ Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and codes
✅ Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation processes
✅ Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation
✅ Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions
✅ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
✅ Monitor safety compliance and report hazards
✅ Participate in quality audits, progress meetings, and site reviews
✅ Support commissioning and handover activities
✅ Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and non-conformance reports
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Construction Inspector
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
🔹 Experience in UAE-based construction projects preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and quality procedures
🔹 Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
