💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise all on-site construction activities for civil/structural works
✔ Monitor quality control and HSE compliance per Saudi standards
✔ Review technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, Revit)
✔ Manage material testing and approval processes
✔ Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
✔ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers
✔ Conduct topographic surveys and layout verification
✔ Resolve technical issues during construction
✔ Ensure projects meet Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and NEOM standards
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 3+ years of Gulf experience (KSA preferred) in:
• High-rise buildings • Roads • Utilities • Infrastructure
✅ Expertise in:
• AutoCAD Civil 3D • Revit • Primavera/MS Project
• Survey equipment (Total Station, GPS)
✅ Strong knowledge of:
• Concrete/steel structures • Earthworks • MEP coordination
• Saudi construction regulations
✅ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (must be attested)
✅ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
