🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and analyze civil & structural engineering projects (buildings, bridges, infrastructure).
✔ Prepare technical drawings, reports, and BOQs using industry-standard software.
✔ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
✔ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies for approvals.
✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
✔ Stay updated with latest construction codes, materials, and sustainability practices.
💻 Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency:
✅ AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro (structural analysis)
✅ MS Project / Primavera P6 (project scheduling)
✅ Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNI)
✅ Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
✅ Problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork abilities
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering
✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience in design & execution
✔ PE/IR license (preferred but not mandatory)
