🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and supervise RCC, steel, and masonry structures
✔ Ensure compliance with IS 456, IS 800, and NBC standards
✔ Manage site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination
✔ Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and technical reports
✔ Implement safety protocols per OSHA standards
✅ Mandatory Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering (IIT/NIT preferred)
✔ 5+ years in high-rise/residential/commercial projects
✔ Expertise in:
- AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro
- IS codes & PMC (Pune Municipal Corp.) regulations
