🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
✔ Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service at checkout
✔ POS Operation: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using our POS system
✔ Cash Management: Maintain balanced cash drawer and prepare daily reports
✔ Product Knowledge: Answer basic customer inquiries about products/pricing
✔ Store Maintenance: Keep checkout area clean and organized
✔ Team Collaboration: Work with sales associates and supervisors
🔍 Additional Duties:
- Verify customer identification for age-restricted purchases
- Process loyalty program enrollments and redemptions
- Assist with inventory counts when needed
✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years of cashier or retail experience
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
