π Position Overview
As a Building Systems Engineer at KILONEWTONS, youβll be responsible for the design, coordination, and optimization of building mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Youβll ensure that every system from HVAC to energy management performs efficiently, sustainably, and intelligently.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with architects, project managers, and sustainability experts on landmark projects across Asia.
π§ Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for commercial and industrial buildings.

Perform HVAC load calculations, duct design, and system sizing using advanced software tools.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of building systems.
β
Review and optimize system layouts for energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability.
β
Implement and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT-enabled smart controls.
β
Conduct site inspections, commissioning, and system performance verification.
β
Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, reports, and compliance documentation.
β
Research emerging technologies in energy optimization and sustainable design.

- Familiarity with BIM workflows and smart building technologies.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
