Role Overview: We are seeking a highly proficient and analytical BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist to join our engineering division in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing comprehensive 3D models for our large-scale construction projects. You will act as a central technical hub, ensuring seamless multidisciplinary coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP teams to drive efficiency and eliminate on-site clashes.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and update high-Level of Development (LOD) BIM models for structural and architectural elements.

Perform rigorous clash detection and resolution using software like Navisworks, working closely with various engineering disciplines before construction begins.

Extract accurate material quantities, Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed 2D construction drawings directly from the 3D models.

Implement and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and KILONEWTONS’ internal modeling standards.

Conduct regular model reviews and coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to ensure the digital model accurately reflects physical site conditions and project modifications.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Proven experience as a BIM Specialist, Modeler, or Coordinator in commercial or heavy industrial construction, preferably within the UAE.

Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD (experience with Tekla Structures is a strong plus).

Deep understanding of multidisciplinary construction processes, structural systems, and clash detection methodologies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate technical coordination meetings.
