🚀 Position Overview
The BIM Manager at KILONEWTONS will be responsible for leading and managing all BIM-related processes across multiple projects. You will develop BIM strategies, coordinate model integration, ensure data accuracy, and support teams in implementing BIM best practices throughout all project stages.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, implement, and manage company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and templates.
✅ Coordinate 3D modeling, clash detection, and model integration across disciplines.
✅ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM collaboration.
✅ Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM processes and software tools.
✅ Manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure compliance across all projects.
✅ Lead model audits and ensure model accuracy, data consistency, and quality control.
✅ Support project delivery with 4D/5D BIM integration, quantity takeoffs, and scheduling.
✅ Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes.

🏗️ Core Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfraWorks
🧠 BIM Coordination Tools: BIM 360, Navisworks Manage, Synchro, Solibri
📊 Data & Visualization: Dynamo, Power BI, Rhino + Grasshopper
⚙️ Project Management: Asana, Trello, MS Project, BIM Collab
☁️ Cloud Collaboration: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Trimble Connect
💡 Scripting & Automation: Dynamo for Revit, Python (preferred)
📚 Standards Knowledge: ISO 19650, AIA BIM Protocol, PAS 1192
🔧 Bonus: Experience with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) and Digital Twin platforms
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing BIM processes in large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Proven expertise in Revit, BIM 360, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, model validation, and data management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
