💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and coordinate BIM processes across projects
✔ Develop and maintain 3D models, clash detection reports, and BIM documentation
✔ Ensure seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors
✔ Train and support project teams on BIM standards and workflows
✔ Oversee model quality control and compliance with BIM protocols
✔ Stay updated on latest BIM technologies and industry trends
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination (construction/engineering projects)
✅ Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
✅ Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, COBie, etc.)
✅ Experience with clash detection and 4D/5D BIM
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
