KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead BIM coordination efforts across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
✔ Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects
✔ Manage and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
✔ Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
✔ Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and protocols
✔ Facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders
✔ Train and support project teams on BIM processes and software
✔ Generate detailed BIM reports and documentation
✔ Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
✔ 5+ years of proven experience in BIM coordination (preferably in large-scale construction projects)
✔ Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
✔ Strong knowledge of BIM 360, Dynamo, or other BIM automation tools
✔ Experience with 4D/5D BIM implementation
✔ Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
