KILONEWTONS is seeking a talented Architect with 5+ years of experience to design, plan, and oversee architectural projects. The ideal candidate will create functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable designs while collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
✅ Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards
✅ Select materials, finishes, and furniture in line with client requirements
✅ Conduct site visits and supervise design implementation
✅ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for integrated project delivery
✅ Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
✅ Prepare technical documentation, schedules, and reports
✅ Present design proposals and updates to clients and management
✅ Implement innovative and sustainable design practices
✅ Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as an Architect
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
🔹 Experience in UAE-based architectural or construction projects preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods
🔹 Excellent creativity, visualization, and communication skills
