🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🏗️ Design and develop architectural plans, 3D models, and visual presentations for a variety of building types
- 📐 Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic architectural designs
- 🧩 Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure seamless integration
- 🔍 Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning/code research
- 🎯 Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with local Spanish and European regulations
- 📊 Prepare construction drawings, permit documents, and tender packages
- 🧠 Collaborate with project managers and clients from concept through execution
- 🧾 Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project timelines are met
- 💬 Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders effectively
🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- ✅ AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
- ✅ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- ✅ BIM workflows and documentation standards
- ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- ✅ Knowledge of Spanish & European building codes and urban planning regulations
- ✅ Strong visual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Creativity balanced with technical understanding and attention to detail
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation
- Experience working on commercial, residential, and public projects is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus
- Experience working in international, multicultural teams preferred
