🖋️ Key Responsibilities
As an ARCHITECT at KILONEWTONS, your primary responsibilities will include:
- 🏛️ Conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural plans and layouts
- 🏗️ Creating detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents
- 👷♂️ Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycle
- ✍️ Preparing presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for stakeholders
- 🧱 Ensuring all designs meet local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- 🛠️ Reviewing architectural plans, resolving design conflicts, and managing revisions
- 📅 Overseeing site progress and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution
- 📊 Managing project timelines and contributing to cost-effective design solutions
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
✅ Minimum 5 years of professional architectural design experience
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, or public space projects
✅ Proficiency in the following software:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Knowledge of international and UAE building codes, sustainability guidelines (LEED, Estidama)
✅ Excellent spatial awareness, design sense, and attention to detail
✅ Strong communication and project coordination skills
✅ Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required
