🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
✔ Collaborate with Dev teams on bug fixes and enhancements
✔ Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
✔ Monitor application performance metrics
✔ Conduct user training sessions
✔ Manage incident ticketing system (ServiceNow/JIRA)
✔ Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues
💻 Must-Have Technical Stack:
✅ Databases: SQL (query writing/optimization)
✅ APIs: REST/SOAP troubleshooting
✅ Log Analysis: Splunk/ELK Stack
✅ OS: Windows Server/Linux
✅ Cloud: AWS/Azure fundamentals
🛠️ Preferred Experience With:
✔ Engineering/ERP software (AutoCAD, SAP, Oracle)
