β Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications
β Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
β Collaborate with Dev teams on bug fixes and enhancements
β Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
β Monitor application performance metrics
β Conduct user training sessions
β Manage incident ticketing system (ServiceNow/JIRA)
β Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues
