Role Overview: We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Specialist to join our technology team in Silicon Valley. In this role, you will be the driving force behind implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to modernize our global engineering operations. You will act as the bridge between cutting-edge AI research and practical construction applications, utilizing advanced technologies to automate complex structural analyses, optimize project logistics, and elevate the capabilities of our digital tools.

Key Responsibilities: * Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to solve complex challenges within structural engineering, predictive maintenance, and site safety.

  • Process and analyze massive datasets from 3D architectural models, BIM software, and real-time construction site sensors to extract actionable business insights.

  • Collaborate with software developers to embed smart features—such as computer vision for site monitoring or predictive algorithms for material logistics—into our proprietary digital platforms.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and APIs that can streamline internal operations and enhance overall project efficiency.

  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously exploring new technologies that can keep KILONEWTONS at the cutting edge of the heavy engineering industry.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline.

  • Proven hands-on experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, or ML practitioner, actively deploying models into production environments.

  • Deep proficiency in Python and leading machine learning libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn).

  • Experience with computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics, particularly as applied to physical world data or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical engineering management teams.
