KILONEWTONS is looking for a highly organized Administrator to ensure smooth office operations in our Muscat, Oman headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience, exceptional multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office management software. ๐ Key Responsibilities:
โ Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
โ Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business correspondence
โ Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential records
โ Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and logistics
โ Assist with HR functions, onboarding, and employee records
โ Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash management
โ Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and clients
โ Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained
๐ฏ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

5+ years of proven administrative experience (GCC experience preferred)

Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Document management software
โ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
โ Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic a plus)
โ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
