  • 🗃️ Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality
  • 📨 Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
  • 📅 Maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements for senior staff
  • 🧾 Prepare and manage documents such as reports, memos, and invoices
  • 📦 Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
  • 📁 Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • 🧠 Assist with HR, onboarding, and payroll-related admin tasks
  • 🧮 Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • 🤝 Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
  • 🔐 Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Advanced level

  • ✅ Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • ✅ Familiarity with basic accounting or ERP tools is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally)

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate or engineering office environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or technical environment is preferred
