  • ๐Ÿ—ƒ๏ธ Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality
  • ๐Ÿ“จ Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
  • ๐Ÿ“… Maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements for senior staff
  • ๐Ÿงพ Prepare and manage documents such as reports, memos, and invoices
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
  • ๐Ÿ“ Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • ๐Ÿง  Assist with HR, onboarding, and payroll-related admin tasks
  • ๐Ÿงฎ Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • ๐Ÿค Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
  • ๐Ÿ” Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

๐Ÿงฐ Required Skills & Software Proficiency

  • โœ… MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) โ€“ Advanced level
  • โœ… Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • โœ… Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • โœ… Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • โœ… High-level organizational and time-management skills
  • โœ… Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • โœ… Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • โœ… Familiarity with basic accounting or ERP tools is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally)

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
