✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage full-cycle accounting including AR/AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
✔ Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) monthly
✔ Process payroll and ensure timely tax deductions & filings
✔ Maintain compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
✔ Conduct budget analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations
✔ Coordinate audits and prepare necessary documentation
✔ Develop financial reports for management decision-making
✔ Implement accounting controls to safeguard company assets
✔ Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters
🛠 Must-Have Skills & Software Expertise:
✔ Advanced QuickBooks/ERP software proficiency
✔ Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas)
✔ Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards
✔ Tax filing experience (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding)
✔ Financial reporting & analysis skills
✔ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
