💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
✔ Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
✔ Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Upsell products/services when appropriate.
✔ Meet and exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, etc.).
🔍 Skills & Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
✅ Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
✅ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
✅ Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
