📋 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project
- Create baseline programs and monitor progress against milestones
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
✅ Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with S-curves and histograms
- Identify critical path and potential delays
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning
✅ Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise between project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare delay analysis reports and extension of time claims
✅ Software & Technical Expertise:
- Must be expert in: Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel (advanced)
- Knowledge of BIM 4D/5D planning (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and regulations
✅ Document Control:
- Maintain updated project documentation and records
- Prepare as-built schedules and lessons learned reports
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
✔ 5+ years planning experience in GCC construction projects
✔ Expert-level Primavera P6 skills (certification preferred)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Knowledge of QCS and Qatari construction practices
