✔ Develop and implement robust QA/QC systems across all operations
✔ Establish quality benchmarks and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
✔ Conduct rigorous audits and inspections of processes and products
✔ Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
✔ Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices
✔ Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed quality performance reports
✔ Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on quality matters
✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
🛠 Must-Have Skills & Expertise:
✔ Certified Quality Auditor/Manager (CQA/CQM preferred)

✔ Experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools
✔ Proficiency in quality management software (QMS, SAP QM)
✔ Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
