🔧 About the Role:
KILONEWTONS is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems for large-scale construction projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and oversee installation of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection)
✔ Review MEP drawings and ensure compliance with Dubai regulations (DM, DEWA, DCD)
✔ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
✔ Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
✔ Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical reports
✔ Troubleshoot MEP systems and propose solutions
✔ Manage project timelines and budgets
✔ Implement BIM coordination for MEP systems (Revit MEP preferred)
✔ Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC)
💻 Required Skills & Software:
✔ 5+ years UAE experience in MEP engineering
✔ Proficiency in:
- Revit MEP
- AutoCAD MEP
- Navisworks (clash detection)
- HAP (HVAC load calculations)
- Dialux (Lighting calculations)
✔ Knowledge of: - District cooling systems
- BMS/SCADA systems
- LEED/sustainability practices
✔ UPDA certification preferred
