✔ On-Site Supervision: Direct construction activities for NEOM’s revolutionary infrastructure projects
✔ Technical Execution: Interpret and implement engineering drawings with 100% accuracy
✔ Quality Control: Enforce strict compliance with NEOM’s visionary construction standards
✔ Progress Monitoring: Track milestones using advanced project management tools
✔ Team Leadership: Manage multinational teams of 50+ technicians and laborers
✔ Problem-Solving: Resolve complex site challenges with innovative engineering solutions
✔ Reporting: Deliver daily progress reports to senior project managers
✔ Tech Integration: Utilize BIM 360, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Primavera P6 for smart construction
🎯 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years site engineering experience in megaprojects (GCC experience preferred)
✅ Expertise in smart city technologies and sustainable construction methods
✅ Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management software
✅ Deep understanding of Saudi building codes and international standards
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic beneficial) with strong leadership abilities
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
