💰 Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, ensuring financial control and cost optimization across our high-value construction projects.
📊 Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for tenders
✔ Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
✔ Manage contract administration and variations
✔ Monitor project expenditures vs. budgets
✔ Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
✔ Prepare monthly progress reports and cash flows
✔ Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts and UAE regulations
✅ Requirements
▪️ Education: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
▪️ Certification: MRICS or similar preferred
▪️ Experience:
- 5+ years in UAE construction projects
- High-rise/mega-project experience
- Strong knowledge of local material markets
▪️ Technical Skills: - CostX, Candy, or similar QS software
- Advanced Excel skills
- AutoCAD/BIM familiarity
▪️ Soft Skills: - Exceptional negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented approach
- Fluent English (Arabic beneficial)
