Job Summary

As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and reporting for our workforce. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and expertise in payroll software.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Payroll Processing – Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
✔ Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, WPS, and tax regulations.
✔ Data Integrity – Maintain and audit employee payroll records.
✔ Reporting – Generate payroll reports for finance, HR, and management.
✔ Employee Queries – Resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly.
✔ System Management – Utilize payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bayzat) for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✅ 5+ years of UAE payroll experience (mandatory).
✅ Expertise in WPS (Wage Protection System) and UAE labor laws.
✅ Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Bayzat).
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✅ High attention to detail & confidentiality.
