🛠️ Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical, engineering, construction, or heavy industrial sectors. ⏱️

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are highly preferred. 🎓
