📋 Key Responsibilities

3D Structural Modeling: Develop comprehensive, high-precision 3D structural steel models (including beams, columns, bracings, trusses, and connections) using advanced modeling software. 💻

Shop & Erection Drawing Production: Generate accurate fabrication shop drawings (WCS), assembly drawings, erection plans, and bill of materials (BOM) in strict compliance with international standards. 📝

Connection Design & Detailing: Detail standard and complex structural steel connections (moment connections, bracing gussets, base plates) in accordance with engineering calculations and AISC/BS codes. ⚙️

Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform rigorous clash detection between structural steel, MEP services, and architectural layouts to resolve discrepancies before fabrication. 🔍

Revision & Change Management: Manage drawing revisions, track design modifications, and update models promptly based on feedback from site engineers and project managers. 📊

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on structural steel detailing experience using Tekla Structures within the heavy manufacturing, construction, or industrial sector. ⏳

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 🎓

Software Proficiency:

Advanced mastery of Tekla Structures (including template customization, component creation, and report generation). 🖥️

Proficiency in drafting and modeling platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit. 🗺️
