📋 Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Management: Direct daily site operations, supervise construction activities, and ensure all works are executed in strict accordance with approved designs, specifications, and schedules. 📐

Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement rigorous quality control (QC) checks and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all site zones. 🦺

Blueprint & Technical Interpretation: Accurately interpret architectural and structural drawings, reinforcement details, and site surveys to guide construction teams effectively. 🗺️

Resource & Material Coordination: Monitor material consumption, manage on-site equipment deployment, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain seamless workflow continuity. 📦

Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, tracking milestones, delays, and labor productivity for KILONEWTONS management. 📊

Contractor & Subcontractor Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and municipal authorities in Dubai to resolve technical site queries and secure necessary approvals. 🤝
🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on civil site engineering experience, preferably within the industrial, iron/steel, or heavy construction sector. ⏳

Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 🎓

Software Proficiency:

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and plan verification. 💻

Familiarity with structural analysis and project management software (such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, MS Project, or Primavera). 🖥️

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for precise estimation, reporting, and documentation. 📈

Technical & Soft Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction materials, bar-bending schedules, surveying instruments, concrete mix designs, exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills. ✨
