Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our heavy construction and infrastructure operations in Tabuk. In this critical field-based role, you will be the physical link between our engineering designs and on-ground execution. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage labor forces, and ensure that our complex structural designs are built safely, flawlessly, and strictly according to the approved engineering blueprints.

Key Responsibilities: * Direct and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring that work is executed in strict adherence to structural drawings, BIM models, and technical specifications.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, heavy machinery operators, and on-site labor to maintain peak productivity and adherence to the project schedule.
Implement and enforce rigorous on-site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-harm working environment.
Conduct regular quality control inspections, verifying that materials used and structural implementations meet KILONEWTONS’ exacting standards of precision.
Provide daily progress reports, manage material logistics, and proactively resolve any on-site constructability clashes in coordination with the Project Manager and Structural Engineers.

Qualifications & Skills: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.

Proven track record (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor or General Foreman, specifically handling large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Extensive experience working in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction standards, site logistics, and labor management (experience in the Tabuk/NEOM region is highly advantageous).
Ability to accurately read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints (experience with outputs from AutoCAD or Tekla Structures is a plus).
Strong leadership qualities, physical stamina for demanding site conditions, and the ability to make rapid, safe decisions under pressure.
