Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Product Manager to join our technology hub in Silicon Valley. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our expanding suite of digital products, including cross-platform mobile e-commerce applications and high-definition digital product brochures. You will sit at the intersection of business, design, and technology, guiding cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-performance digital experiences that align with our premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead the product lifecycle from initial conceptualization and requirement gathering through to closed testing and public rollout on platforms like the Google Play Console.

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for our custom internal engineering tools and user-facing mobile e-commerce applications.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and engineering teams (including Flutter and backend developers utilizing platforms like Firebase) to ensure seamless, agile product delivery.

Champion the KILONEWTONS visual identity within our digital products, ensuring a minimalist, photorealistic aesthetic and strict adherence to our brand guidelines (incorporating exact specifications like our Inter Bold typography and #FFBC05 color palette).

Analyze market trends, gather user feedback during beta testing phases, and track key performance metrics to continuously iterate and optimize product functionality.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record (4+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with experience overseeing the development of mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, or enterprise software.

Strong technical acumen, with an understanding of cross-platform mobile development cycles, backend-as-a-service (BaaS) infrastructure, and modern UI/UX principles.

Exceptional project management skills and proficiency in agile methodologies to keep multidisciplinary technical teams aligned and on schedule.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between heavy structural engineering goals and modern digital software execution.
