Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Karachi. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and retaining a high-performing team of engineering, construction, and corporate professionals. You will align our regional HR initiatives with KILONEWTONS’ overarching corporate objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, precision, and continuous professional development within our rapidly expanding firm.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to our Karachi operations while remaining aligned with global corporate standards.

Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, actively partnering with department heads to recruit top-tier structural engineers, site managers, and support staff.

Manage complex employee relations, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace environment.

Administer performance management systems, coordinate annual reviews, and identify training and development opportunities for both technical and corporate teams.

Ensure strict organizational compliance with all local Pakistani labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Proven track record (7+ years) as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, preferably within the engineering, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.

Comprehensive knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in modern HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced talent management software.
