Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to lead our large-scale construction operations in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our premium structural engineering projects, from initial client consultation to final handover. You will bridge the gap between our design teams and on-site execution, ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the uncompromising precision that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities: * Direct and manage the full scope of complex commercial and industrial construction projects across Dubai, from mobilization to project close-out.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, site managers, and BIM specialists, ensuring seamless translation of technical designs into physical execution.
Develop, monitor, and enforce comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and rigorous cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency.
Facilitate technical reviews utilizing industry-standard software outputs (such as Revit, AutoCAD, Staad.pro, and Tekla Structures) to resolve design clashes and constructability issues proactively.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring all deliverables meet our high-definition, quality-driven construction standards.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).

Proven track record (7+ years) as a Project Manager in the heavy commercial, industrial, or premium infrastructure sectors, with specific experience managing projects within the UAE.
Strong familiarity with modern construction methodologies and the ability to interpret complex structural blueprints, BOQs, and BIM data.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills, with the ability to drive multidisciplinary teams toward strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with local authorities, contractors, and high-profile clients.
