Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary and technically grounded Architect to join our design team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing complex commercial and industrial structures that push the boundaries of modern architecture. You will work hand-in-hand with our structural engineering division to ensure that your innovative designs are not only aesthetically striking but also practically constructible, seamlessly embodying the KILONEWTONS standard of precision.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead the architectural design process from initial concept and feasibility studies through to final construction documentation.

  • Collaborate intimately with structural and MEP engineers to seamlessly integrate complex building systems into the overarching architectural vision.

  • Produce highly detailed 3D models, digital renderings, and precise 2D blueprints using industry-standard BIM and design software.

  • Ensure all designs strictly comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), local Australian zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolving any design discrepancies and ensuring the physical build aligns flawlessly with the approved plans.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and valid registration with the relevant Australian architectural board (e.g., NSW Architects Registration Board).

  • Proven portfolio showcasing completed commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects, preferably within the Australian market.

  • Advanced proficiency in architectural and BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.

  • Deep understanding of modern building materials, sustainable design practices, and core structural engineering principles.

  • Exceptional visual communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts to clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
