Role Overview: We are seeking a forward-looking and highly skilled AI Engineer to join our growing technology team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into our global engineering operations and proprietary digital platforms. You will bridge the gap between heavy structural engineering and advanced technology, developing smart algorithms that optimize construction workflows, automate complex design analysis, and bring intelligent features to our cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities: * Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that enhance structural analysis, predictive site maintenance, and project logistics.

Integrate intelligent features (such as computer vision, NLP, or predictive analytics) into our custom internal software and user-facing mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with software developers, BIM specialists, and structural engineers to identify areas where AI automation can drive efficiency and precision.
Process and analyze large datasets generated from 3D structural models (Revit, Tekla) and on-site construction activities.
Deploy and maintain scalable AI models in cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with our existing backend infrastructure, including Firebase.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist, ideally with exposure to the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) sectors.
Deep technical proficiency in Python and leading AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and mobile app ecosystems (experience working alongside Flutter developers is a strong plus).
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for bringing cutting-edge technology into traditional engineering spaces.
