Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our global engineering, construction, and digital divisions. You will play a crucial role in building the teams that design and execute our high-end projects, ensuring we bring on board individuals who share our commitment to precision, innovation, and structural excellence.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including structural engineers, BIM specialists, site managers, and digital tech talent.

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify active and passive candidates through industry networking, professional platforms, and university partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to define exact role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless process.

  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and generate weekly recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Agency Recruiter, preferably within the engineering, heavy construction, or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., MEP, Civil Engineering, Software Development) and the specific industry skill sets required for them.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to assess both technical competence and organizational fit.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and modern recruitment marketing techniques.
