Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our global engineering, construction, and digital divisions. You will play a crucial role in building the teams that design and execute our high-end projects, ensuring we bring on board individuals who share our commitment to precision, innovation, and structural excellence.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including structural engineers, BIM specialists, site managers, and digital tech talent.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify active and passive candidates through industry networking, professional platforms, and university partnerships.
Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to define exact role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless process.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and generate weekly recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Agency Recruiter, preferably within the engineering, heavy construction, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., MEP, Civil Engineering, Software Development) and the specific industry skill sets required for them.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to assess both technical competence and organizational fit.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and modern recruitment marketing techniques.
