Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our project and business operations in Riyadh. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, managing cross-functional engineering and construction teams, and ensuring that our large-scale projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the driving force behind our operational excellence in the region, bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level execution.
Key Responsibilities: * Direct and coordinate daily regional operations, ensuring optimal allocation of human resources, heavy machinery, and construction materials across multiple project sites.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and maintain strict quality control.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Logistics team to overcome technical bottlenecks and mitigate operational risks.

Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and enforce rigorous cost-control measures.

Ensure absolute compliance with Saudi labor laws, local building codes, and international Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).

Proven track record (8+ years) in operations management or senior project management within the construction, heavy engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams.

Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and complex project budgets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
